The Blue Lagoon

I think many have a some kind of bond with The Blue Lagoon. At least I did, as it's one of the most pure coming of age stories out there, with enough of a adventurous feel to escape censors in the more strict era. I grew up with 1980 version, and this was the first time i saw the 1949 version. To me it didn't have the same magic, but it follows most of the same ideas giving it that familiar feeling. A film folks will enjoy, even it lacks some of the care to really get that notion of a classic.
