The real conspiracy is what Don Wilson and Fred Olen Ray did with their earnings from this. Rumors abound that they spent it all in one night at a Chili's but that could be hearsay. I believe they invested it in Operation Cobra, a movie that came out two years earlier than this, proving that Don "The Dragon" Wilson actually does have psychic powers but they work backwards and actually are a little hazy.

Looks a lot better than many of Don's prior flicks. This one has poor action choreography which pretty much kills the whole deal with this sorta thing.
