Japanese-Brazilian Mario (Teah) and Chinese hairdresser Kei (Michele Reis) are lovers. Kei is about to be deported. He manages to escape. His plan is to get passports and stow away on a ship headed for a foreign country. With his girlfriend he tries to steal money from the mafia. Instead he gets cocaine which he sells. Even by Miike's standards this is a psycho gonzo mishmash, though not as successful as his other work. The bravura stylistic madness is fun to watch, but it does drag in sections, and the plot is pretty dumb. Worth watching though.

Um filme estranho por excelência, só pelo fato de ter um protagonista como esse tal de Teah, um nipo-brasileiro com um sotaque de gringo. Mas esse longa é muito mais estranho que isso, a estória se passa em um Brasil totalmente inventado da cabeça de Miike, o que não deixa de ser interessante. Destaques para a cena da rinha de galos-matrix e para o carioca pilantra (esse sim um brasileiro original).
