Absolute rubbish & a complete waste of time. Tries to pull on the heartstrings by having a group of childhood buddies turn to enemies over money and power. Inane cartoonish fight scenes in the finale when 2 fight their way through 50 odd to reach their former buddy gone bad, of course noone has a gun do they?. Scrapes the bottom of the cliche jar when they are confronted by 4 expert fighters and....well yoyo city! Avoid unless you like over the top action. Shocking continuity throughout as well.

"Misguidedly stylish" is I think the best way to describe this movie.

A Korean "Bullet in the Head." Action scenes are the highlight, scenes about land are the lowlight.

action was good. as for story and pacing...it's definitely a film that may have been able to shine with a different director. definitely tries too hard to be tarantino.

It doesn't offer anything new, but the frantic, almost Double Dragon-ish action scenes compensate for the lesser parts. The story wobbles between being too serious and being over the top, while never becoming interesting.

I forgot why I saw this... Basically a Kill Bill-ripoff with real Asians and a poor attempt at the QT-style of cinema.. A few fun fights, but the sloppy direction doesn't do justice to their obviously innate abilities of ass kicking.. To quote it's final words; Fuck it...

Some good parts, including a decent ending, but otherwise perhaps not the best of the new wave of Korean crime dramas. For that, you must seek A Bittersweet Life, No Mercy For The Rude and other more serious or engaging titles. Fight scenes are entertaining though.

A couple good action scenes hold this script together by the hinges. Loved the Baseball Furies nod though.

Basically a string of scenes that have been done better and first elsewhere, held together by pretty mediocre action scenes.
