For the first hour of this film, it was so dreadfully dull and talky that my brain steadfastly refused to absorb any plot details. Then one of the villains explained it to me in a Chinese accent so thick that I couldn't understand a word he was saying. The last half hour was all mediocre action, so it went down more smoothly.
