The college football movie was popular in the 1920s. Everybody and nobodies made them with little or no variety. The College Hero (1927) stars Robert Agnew & Pauline Garon. Not exactly house hold names, not even at the hight of their careers, which would have been around the time this film was made. They do alright with the little they have to work with. It's not their fault this is a fairly forgettable film. What was pleasant was having "Mr. Cross-eyes" Ben Turpin as a school sidekick!
