Viggo has carried the whole film on his shoulder: writing, directing, and acting, and he has done very well in all three cases. And of course Vicky Krieps was great.

Very Interesting and engaging characters., Very charismatic actors. A tragic story of incredible people separated by war and hardship. Vicky Krieps was marvleous, and Viggo Mortensen was also terrific. These gentle people were amazing but lived in a brutal time. Absolutely worth watching.
