The originality here is in having one of the leads be someone with Downs in what is otherwise a buddy comedy about self discovery. Many of the plot points feel a bit rote, but I still really enjoyed the slightly offbeat presentation of them, and the two leads do a very good job. A bit of a step down from the other two Van Dormael films I've seen, but it's still really good.
