Well, it certainly is energetic... and hilarious, if you're in the right mood. Ken Russell's home movie "Rocky Horror"--but with a lot more gore and nudity (female, natch). It's Ken Russell, so there's a literary component--several nods to Edgar Allan Poe. Now, why set it in "Orange County, U.S.A.", then populate the frame with English country houses, English cars that drive on the left, and a set of teeth on the main character that could only be English? Don't miss the blow-up doll sex scene!
