4 agents Emotionless (Crystal Liu Yifei), Iron Hands (Collin Chou) Life Snatcher (Ronald Cheng) & ColdBlood (Deng Chao) are very skilled with their individual super powers When 4 agents of Divine Constabulary investigate murder case in suburb, they unexpectedly stumble upon evidence of murder of Emotionless's family 15 years ago. As they investigate, agents discover facts about their past that they like to keep hidden & facts that force them to choose between past resentments & their new lives

I am not sure why but this had a decidedly TV feel to it, from the action to the sets, direction, and camerawork. This was a fun if bland Chinese superhero film.
