It's pretty funny, and not even depressing!

A great black comedy including my favourite Danish actors, Nikolaj Lie Kaas and Mads Mikkelsen

What a truly great film - deserves tagline 'The Danish Delikatessen'. Mikkelsen gives a performance, similar to that in Bad Apples, and also like in that movie, here is presented a situation, which despite being completely immoral, makes you think of its rightness. All that packed with some great humor and a bit of romance is a recipe for success!

I never have appetite for this kind of comedy. I don't get entertained.

Slightly uneasy mix of the blackest comedy with drama. The script is really funny at times, but it's played so straight it ends up being a bit disturbing. Odd.

This dark comedy full of awkward moments many of which feel quite forced, and a cast of creepy characters, but the story is rather hastily told and unconvincing. In trying to balance humor with horror they fail on both accounts. Many missed opportunities to better engage the viewer with a mostly uninspired plot and lyrics.

Nice Movie

Really difficult to rate this. If i wanna take this film seriously, it's total nonsense and crap with numerous plotholes. But when to look at it as a piece of fantasy, then the feeling is more positive. Well, at least acting is great.

Great start and dismal finish. The beginning was a smart, dark comedy and half way through it turned into a cheesy hollywood wannabe. As if they didn't know what to do with the rest of the story. If it wasn't for the first 38 minutes, I would have given this movie a score of 40.

Yet another black comedy involving butchering humans for meat and selling it to the unsuspecting public. But I'm a sucker for Mads Mikkelsen so it gets a pass

Pleasant, but no more than that.

Overrated because of the casting but still cute and at times even funny.
