An utterly delightful thrill of seeing the married stage couple do rare film together! While it's a romance farce of the ridiculous kind, Lunt & Fontanne give it that wonderful dull flair to their troubled marriage. A highly theatrical performance, but the two know and play off each other so convincingly that it always keeps the smile! While it's pretty much a stage play put directly on screen, it's very witty and is made to work by the excellent performances of everyone involved.
