so....was the fictional narrator (in full 'the end is nigh' preacher mode) meant as comic relief? Cause that kind of devalues the whole thing and just comes off awkwardly hilarious. Some interesting footage when you get past those awful spots.

Not-bad documentary about bugs

good early macro photography, and freaky synthesizer score! That Hellstrom fruitcake, though - what a piece of work. Maybe his best line: "...transforming the insect into spectres as limitless as the imagination of the insane." The guy's an absolute fucking nutter, but I'm sure he means well. Hilariously alarmist douchebag? sure.
