It opened strong and was like a well-crafted play, setting up the landlord and landlady as the villains with some clever language creating awkward and humorous situations. The rest of the film got repetitive and centered around money problems and 369's incompetence. I would have liked to see a variety of other issues or using all of the characters like in the first act. Fav scene: the landlord getting his comeuppance with his pants and then the stolen fabric.

It starts off well but wears out its premise and starts getting very repetitive after the first hour.
