How Lambert's Hollywood career lasted as long as it did is anyone's guess. Presumably it came to an abrupt end shortly after this bombed when a studio executive raised the simple question of why he keeps getting hired. To state that he was miscast in The Hunted would be almost too ironic; he is miscast in practically every role, especially in parts where intelligence and strength are required. Lawton stages a nice and bloody action scene on a crowded train, but the rest is a wash.

The train massacre is awesome, but the rest is pretty forgettable.

I know it's cliche this movie...and you know Lambert but it have something in it which make him a solid one.

Not that good for awhile, then the train scene, then not that good again. Straight up though, I will recommend it because of that train scene. Along the lines of individual scenes that transcend the film they're in. The monologue from the end of 25th Hour, the finale before the finale in Super, Tom Atkins giving Spanky the rundown in Night of the Creeps. I like all of these movies more than this one, but the train scene sits with any of these.

4-6-2010, first part was nice, but turned cliche afterwards (I don't mind Japanese culture, but have seen more than enough by now)
