Didn't like the beginning, hated the way it ended. I also didn't like the way the main character would touch or throw things and it would be like nothing happened. I didn't mind what happened between the ending or the beginning though.

Nice Seattle imagery. The ending is a bit trite, but overall entertaining.

While the idea is original, the movie takes quite some time before the viewer really knows what they are watching for, and having a protagonist that has no effect on the film itself, and he himself is along for the ride just as the viewer is in many ways, is rather annoying at times. However the film does offer up some laughs, and certainly is entertaining in it's originality.

For such a flawed idea, it's not that terrible to watch. The ending is atrocious, though. Nah, the whole idea is ridiculous. But I did watch it till the end. What am I doing with my life?

My problem with this film, besides most of the lame acting (for the exception of Margarita Levieva), is that there's no mystery here. Justin Chatwin (War of the Worlds) wanders around as a spirit shouting at people, but the film plays everything obvious and completely settling. It would like to be a young teen's 'Sixth Sense,' but there's no thrills, no scares, nothing convincing or moving - it's all so bad and mostly laughable.

This score is based heavily on enjoyment. Silly silly thing with some sparse nice parts. Technically flawed, but I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

An angsty, nonsensical retelling of Ghost. The acting is bad, the story is stupid, the characters are insipid, , but most of the blame goes to the bad writing and mostly the meaningless direction provided by David S. Goyer. Nothing about this film makes a lick of sense and it is a complete mess.

_I Was A Teenage Ghost_. Yawn, and bleah. God, the sheer number of things that are wrong with this movie

It seems like a neat idea in concept, but in reality it actually gets a little frustrating to see a protagonist who literally cannot do or affect anything.

Ridiculous supernatural melodrama about a couple of good kids vs. a bunch of scumbags, with a hideously heavy-handed moral about redemption...awful.

The worst thing than a bad movie its a movie with a good idea that is not fully used.

OK, but still a nonsense and unrealistic.

I watched some of this on an airplane recently. About halfway through it, in-flight entertainment ended because we were landing. I didn't care.

This wasn't terrible, but the last 15 minutes felt half-assed. I also thought a lot of the dialogue was too sappy or laughably bad. The acting isn't bad and neither is the directing or the idea itself. My problem was that the concept wasn't used to its full potential. I think this would have been better had it been written to be more realistic (even though it isn't).

The plot has huge holes. Pass the time, but it is unnecessary.

The ONLY thing that saved this film from oblivion is the good filmography and the main actor, Justin Chatwin's, pretty decent acting at part of this movie. Everything else = crap.

Kind of a piece of crap movie... xD I forgot that it existed actually; it wasn't memorable. The only good part is when he tries to kill himself with a gun, you hear it go off and then him screaming "SHIT!" when it doesn't work.

This movie started out rather interesting, but then it spun into a rather immoral lesson by saying it's okay to try to kill someone if you have a bad upbringing.

Seriously, what the hell happened in this movie? It starts off just fine but once this guy dies and becomes a raging ghost it gets ridiculous. The girl who kills him and the guy who dies like fall in love or some bull shit like that while the manhunt is going on. It's honestly one of the most ludicrous stories I've ever heard of in a movie. Not to mention the acting is awful and generally speaking there's just nothing good about it.

I remembered this movie fondly the first time I watched it shortly after it was released. Years later, I had forgotten most of the details and wanted to rewatch it. There was no option to rent, only buy, which I did without hesitation and that's unusual for me. The movie holds up years later with a particular outstanding performance by actress Margarita Levieva. She is convincing as a menacing street tough and I even remember thinking she was a boy in her first scene.

How can you be a ghost if you aren't even dead? And then it gets really stupid...

Filled with plot holes out the wazoo. Could've been so much better but it wanted to be the sixth sense too much to ever get past anything remotely enjoyable.
