The Kid Who Couldn't Miss (1983)
A critical examination of the life and achievements of Canadian flying ace Billy Bishop, casting doubt on his official record, notably the uncorroborated attack that won Bishop the Victoria Cross. The film was accused of distortions, and was the subject of a senate subcommittee investigation that ordered it reclassified as a docudrama, but which did not find sufficient evidence to confirm Bishop's claims.
