The Killer Condom

There we were, a summer sleepover, "Killer Condom" was listed as playing at 2am on IFC. "Gentleman, prepare for boobage" VERY WRONG. VERY VERY WRONG.

I would fight critics over this very enchanting B-movie. It falters in the third act, which goes on a bit too long, but the journey there is unique and engaging. It's like nothing else you will ever have watched.

Surprisingly charming for a movie about a killer condom. This pseudo/parody neo-noir crime creature feature satire of sorts has a few decent laughs inside a unique gay sex/love story. Although released by Troma in the U.S., the movie's humor is more deadpan than expected, but fans of the brand should still enjoy the film.

Kondom des Grauens estreava há 25 anos na Alemanha. Depois de duas obras-primas do Godard e do Resnais, nada como assistir A Camisinha Assassina, mas devo mencionar que me decepcionou porque esperava algo mais divertido do que de fato é.
