The Lady in Question

A slight and uneven crime/drama Rom-Com hybrid that doesn't quite work but all the actors give it their all.

Interesting plot, but some of the actors didn't seem to fit their characters.

Amusing take on the femme fatal act.... the alleged femme fatal. Naïve Brian Aherne sits on the jury as Rita Hayworth is on trial for murder and decides to help her out. The rest is fools having their own theory or angle on the girl. Doesn't capture the full scale scandal of things, but it's good for a few laughs and a little drama. Definitely got a lot better then first feared.
