The Last Elvis

Kalburüstü bir karakter çalışması olsa da, belki de benim o filmi çok sevmemden, Tony Manero karşılaştırması yapmasını engelleyemedim beynimin. It's a simple film made remarkable by McInerny's surprising performance. He has spent a lifetime imitating the King and it shows. The grandson of legendary sexploitation director Armando Bo does a great job with lots of graceful tracking shots. The ending is - by far - the best part. Having been to the real place depicted, I was stunned to learn this was shot on a movie set.
