The Last Godfather

This is where I beg Harvey Keitel to fire his agent for letting him star in this monstrous piece of crap. Years will pass and this movie's name will become a curse, but let it be known that for two weeks straight this movie had top box office returns in South Korea. The moral is that you should never go to a movie in South Korea.

An aging Mafia don (Harvey Keitel) appoints his long-lost half-Korean son, Younggu (Hyung-rae Shim) as his successor. Hijinks ensue. Younggu, a popular comic character in South Korea, is truly off-putting: uncomfortably awkward, vaguely psychotic, and faux-Chaplinesque, he's one of the least appealing "likable" characters I've ever seen in a film. Perhaps this is what the world thinks of Adam Sandler. It's not terrible on a technical level, but no one involved seems to care, so why should you?
