The Legend of La Llorona

My expectations greatly influenced my reaction to this since I mistakenly thought this was "The Curse of" from the Conjuring franchise. So, it was increasingly underwhelming & I kept thinking that the acting & cinematography is more in line with a tv show than a movie. At one point I thought it was part of some Woke bs, but nope, just my dumb mistake. So I'll just say that had I known this was indie-level horror unrelated to Conjuring, I would be impressed, but I also wouldn't have watched it.
