The Living Ghost

This ghost was pretty much dead. There were a few times Joan Woodbury managed to bring something through the cheap scenario of theis production, but this was mostly a lifeless affair.

I'm glad James Dunn gave explanations at the end of the mystery since I was not following along with the boring plot at all. Like many flawed whodunits the issue is that there's not much show and a reliance on tell. Joan Woodbury seemed like a discount spunky Katharine Hepburn. I forget that zombie used to refer to a mindless automaton instead of a flesh-eating undead. Fav scene: the couple sleuthing around in the abandoned house.
