I know this is a movie that I shouldn't take seriously and should just have fun, but it was really bad. I think it's the first time I got bored in a movie starring Kevin Hart. The only positive thing about The Man From Toronto is Kevin and Woody's quite fun chemistry.

I think the few laughs I let out were due to Hart's antics wearing me down. Hart & Harrelson have decent chemistry, but The Man From Toronto is a badly-paced film with action that feels just as forced as its comedy.

Everything in this has been seen before and seen better. Hart is clearly exhausted by his role of hyperactive loser, Harrelson doesn’t even try to make his enigmatic killer anything but a badly trimmed cardboard cutout, and the catalyst for their characters uniting is on such thin ice the water is lukewarm underneath. A tired effort all around.

Surprisingly funny considering I am not a fan of Kevin Hart's persona. It worked well here mostly in contrast with Harrelson's perfect tough guy act, though. Story was a bit lacking, especially with how blatantly incompetent Hart's character is in...pretty much every facet of existence, but the action scenes were all great, especially that climactic fight at the gym. Decent comedy, odd pacing, and Hart hamming it up too much kept me from loving it, but I did like it.

There were some fun moments, and a lot of excruciatingly bad, awkward moments. Hart is, as Hart is. I wonder why the writers bother making up a name for his character, when he always plays Kevin Hart. I enjoyed the fighting sequence in the gym though.

Yet another rehashed Hollywood flick with an assortment of cliches we've seen before, and the emphasis being on violence gratification.

Harrelson is one of the few actors who can pull off both a hilarious, sweet goofball persona and an unhinged sociopath. Simultaneously. Hart can pull of an anxious wreck who screeches all of his lines.

The one action sequence near the end was kind of fun, but unfortunately it was also the only time that the movie reached for anything more than just being a forgettable flick. This movie got a smile from me maybe twice, it wasn't funny. Woody is always enjoyable but he can't save how unfunny and uninspired this is.

Not funny at all. Woody is the hit man, hart is the useless idiot. Now jump to the gym fight at the end which is the only part worth watching and save yourself some time

Hart recent comedies are not, sadly, up to par. Had a few small laughs but I did fall asleep twice.

I don't know, man, The reviews for this thing are terrible, my probable score was terrible, but.. it just WORKS for me. I like Hart. I like Harrelson. I think they were great choices for their roles, great together, and I had a great time watching.

Nothing in this movie is given a satisfying conclusion.

Typical Kevin Hart slapstick comedy with a central premise that could have been better. Harrelson was great as the titular Man from Toronto and some of the films action sequences were really well done. Had they explored the central premise of the network of assassins a bit more and made it a bit more dramatic this movie could have easily been better.

Teaming Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson for a assassin spoof is a fun idea, and there are absolutely some humorous bits here. But there's something about this mesh that doesn't quite reach potential, and I'm not quite sure why that is. Maybe it just feels like so many other comedies out there.
