A very entertaining and nearly engrossing Korean Political thriller. While it's able to keep up an atmosphere of always being at a boiling point of emotions and the assassination, the films does feel slightly stretched too thin in its 2 hour run time. Kwak Do-won steals every screen he's in as the former head of the KCIA, while the rest of the acting is mostly strong, while sometimes teetering on melodramatic. Basically everything in this movie needed just a little trimming for perfection.
