Ah, Boris Karloff and his mad professor tendencies. So close to freezing live bodies, yet so cold as the law keeps interfering. Here you can understand his frustration and why he goes a little crazy. It's a fine 'mad scientist' feature, Karloff's best in a very productive year for him.
