The Mind of a Murderer

Viewed three and a half decades ago, this was a fascinating and memorable exposé of bad psychiatry and the way it plays out in legal situations. In this case, the bad psychiatrists happened to be on the side of the defence, and were of the multiple personality disorder advocate type. The documentary has two parts, and these were screened a week apart, which was a very effective strategy.
