The Mouse and His Child

Nice surprise. The adventures of a couple of toy mice, with a rather unique device for propelling the story into new places with new characters. Features an eclectic, but still apt, selection of music.

TREACLE BRITTLE! This is a decent adaptation of Hoban's brilliant novel. The violence is toned down a bit, but they left in most of the existential shit about infinity and whatnot (the Bonzo Dog Food label sequence is pretty cool). Unfortunately the animation isn't the highest quality, but it's not terrible. Overall it's a pretty good film and fine for a person of any age.
