The Mysterious Doctor (1943) is a pleasing enough low budget creeper. While on the Warner Bros lot, it felt more like a Universal horror. Not so sure the story was very good, but I liked the playfulness of the haunted village, and that was more than enough for me to enjoy this headless mystery.
