This is how Britain looked on The Open Road in the mid-20s.... IN COLOR!!! Claude Friese-Greene did a series of travelogues shorts between 1924-26, and this is a restored feature collection of those films. There is no story or anything like that. Only a peak at mostly rural Britain. Simple places, simple folks. A look back at the past.
