The Pink of Arabee

The Pink Panther is minding his own business, walking down the street, when he encounters a snake charmer. The snake charmer's mizmar causes Pinky's tail to start obeying like a snake. Then a rope comes out of the snake charmer's basket and falls in love with Pinky's tail. (imdb)
