The Power of Few

This felt like 11:14 or possibly crash and yet it still had a freshness to it. I love seeing a story from multiple angles and this movie delivers on that way of storytelling. None of the actors really stood out in this but the writing really did. I thought the dialogue was pretty interesting. I like how Christopher Walken kept talking to himself like he was on the local news. I also loved the little girl Few and the power that she possessed. The movie has a good moral to it and makes you wonder.

Terrible! Tried so hard the sweat stains were all over it. Still, rather likeable endeavour.

Fifteen minutes in and The Power of Few had already lost me. The most interesting aspect of the film is the crowd-sourced production, but the film itself remains a badly-acted exercise in trying an audience's patience. With uncompelling characters and a nonsensical plot, the attempted morality play ending comes across more gimmicky than effective.
