A celebrity movie! Hollywood brings in the biggest stars of the boxing world for this hard knocker! And the star of the show is Max Baer, the Muhammad Ali of his time. The ultimate showman fighter. And this movie is an introduction into the fighting world at that time as he fights the then current World Champ Primo Carnera! To carry the non-actors through this story is Myrna Loy and Walter Huston. They did a superb job, equally so did Baer in the lead role! He even did a MGM style dance number!
