The Problem with Apu

A moronic documentary that tries to create a problem that doesn't exist. There might have been some nuance to the documentary if it wanted to discuss the portrayal of minorities in cartoons, but most of this documentary is spent bashing Apu who, for all intents and purposes, isn't even offensive to begin with. The critique mainly relies on anecdotalism without touching on the core of the character. The most negative they can say about Apu is that his voice sounds funny, which is laughably weak.
