The Resort

You start wondering what is going on, and some of the ambiance sounds makes it creepy. Then it take a turn to crappy and gives you a ridiculous ending with people screaming while wearing halloween makeup

Maybe it's the low budget but this movie felt like a found footage film even though it wasn't. Wow but holy crap the last 15 minutes were complete crap.

Only gets interesting near the end then ends suddenly. Not much here.

Eh…this feel way cheaper than I thought it would. The Resort is definitely a straight to VOD production. The characters are more throwaway than even most average horror films, and in typical horror fashion, make poor decisions to further the plot. Where this works for most horror movies, it doesn’t here, because the horror itself is very low grade. There might be one instance where it legitimately works, but outside of that, feels very student level basic. Very unmemorable.
