A romance comedy that was more tragic then funny. Had potential with Miriam Hopkins & Fay Wray trading places as The Richest Girl in the World and her secretary as they try and find out if Joel McCrea is after money or love. Had some naive sweet moments, but they managed to make a movie with two such great ladies dozy. This was a story which needed to be pepped up. Still it can be considered a solid programmer from RKO.
