I just love watching these documentaries, if only for the atmosphere of the jungle. I don't know how much truth there is in the transformation of these eight people, but if it's true then the results are quite amazing I'd say. At any rate, this documentary is probably more suitable as entertainment than as informational documentary, but it's quite decent in what it does.
