shtick gets old,even if More temains consistent.Dialogue between him&Mansfield begins crisp and lively before turning into a dumb, charmless romance. The story moves where you expect it to, except for a brief detour to visit a tribe of Native Americans and racist jokes that have not aged well at all.Watch for More, because he really is funny and the movie opens strong, but the moment you're over it realize that it won't come back to life and turn it off.

A couple of fun moments

Not offensively horrible or anything, but it never for a moment made me glad to be watching it. Mansfield is probably the best thing about it, and that might just be because she's so easy on the eyes. Everything feels cheap, second-rate, thrown together as an afterthought. The jokes are corny, the situations are hackneyed, the rear projection looks terrible, and the romance between Mansfield and More comes out of nowhere. It all just feels like studio product without any enthusiasm.

Would have been better without the musical parts.
