Ultra slow pace, lush and beautiful cinematography, the sounds of nature - the ongoing quiet celebration of nothing happening , of living in a totally secluded town, surrounded by the uncommunicative beauty of the Chilean landscape. Like an endless meditation, a ruminant musing about loneliness, love and loss without ever getting onto pretentious territory. So nuanced, so warm-hearted yet so silently desperate.
