The Strawberry Roan

I might be giving this a higher score than it deserves, but it's Gene Autry for the first time in Cinecolor and they go for something a little more meaningful than usual. Autry had graduated from Republic Pictures the year before and moved his production unit over to Colombia Pictures, and it was clear that they wanted to go a different route than the more silly entertainers that was all they did at Republic. So plus points for making a cozy adventure like this.
