A entry in Donald Meek's "Dr. Crabtree" series of short murder mysteries made during 1931-32. This murder takes place while shooting a scene at a movie studio and the doc helps the police during their inquiries to find the killer. Simple and fast forward. A bit too much so, but it's still better then it's feature length name brother The Studio Murder Mystery (1929).
