I usually love murder mysteries, but this one was just bad. No wonder. It was directed by Frank Tuttle, who doesn't exactly have a great track-record. Especially when it comes to the early sound era. Then again, making classic movies was not his fortè. He specialized in the lighter and cheaper style of movie making. Something this movie suffers from.....
