The Test of Donald Norton
In the frozen north, a husky but not over-bright half-breed Indian seeks the identity of his white father. Any child in the audience could have told him this - despite the fact that the hissable hypocrite is actually presented as a man of character. (imdb)

The Test of Donald Norton (1926) is a drama from up north and is probable most interesting for featuring Tyrone Power Sr. towards the end of his career. A fine actor for a film mainly built around acting then action, though it all concludes with a rather manly fist fight. The film feels a little slow at times, but the performance are solid and thought out well enough for this to be a semi-positive experience.
