Frank Martin is the most highly-skilled transporter money can buy. The stakes are greater and technology better, but the same three simple rules apply: never change the deal, no names and never open the package. When Frank is hired by cunning femme fatale Anna and her three stunning sidekicks, he quickly discovers he's been played. (imdb)

In between all the Eurotrash villainy there's about a billion shots of people using iPhones and closeups of iPhones. There's a shot where we see a girl shaking her butt then the camera pans over and looks at an iPhone. This pushes the PG butt boundary to its absolute breaking point.

A generic action movie from start to finish, The Transporter Refueled is something you'll forget as soon as you leave the cinema. It doesn't have any standout moments, it desperately feels as if it needed to break away from its PG-13 rating, and it misses Jason Statham in the leading role. Is it bad enough to make you feel anything but apathy for it? Probably not. It's just passable enough to kill 90 minutes of your life.

This is... not UN-entertaining, but, not exactly anything special, either. The change from Jason Statham to "younger Jason Statham" is not to the franchise's benefit. Points for some relatively-innovative fight scenes and a plot that is at least somewhat interesting, even if hackneyed and cobbled-together. I also dig the fact that every time the antagonist shows up, BOOM, there's booty. This is not disappointing if you have no expectations; if you're really psyched for this... prepare yourself.

The Transporter Refueled is more--which means less--than a piece of silly, late-summer theater filler. It's a loathsome exercise in rationalization. It seemingly seeks to condemn the shameful degradation of women while spending nearly two hours objectifying them. And not a movie this summer has made me feel worse just for watching it. Its not quite Taken sequels level of bad but its still valiantly terrible. Honestly i half wished it could be worse bc then it might have been more interesting...like a troubled Taken sequel acting out just for the negative attention. As it is its bloodless, derivative, and lacks a pulse. Can't believe this had a theatrical release.

A few creative fight scenes do not make the rest of this limp, poorly executed film worth watching.

Barely decent, it benefits from the effective action but not from the presence of Ed Skrein, who has the unenviable task of taking over from Jason Statham: instead of the latter's charisma, all we get is a pretentious gravelly voice. As for the story, it's an unoriginal and insultingly superficial cliche collage, and Besson is now officially a repeat offender in the micro-genre of films all about guys (preferably assholes but not too much) rescuing trafficked women, and ideally boning them too.

Apart from some decent action scenes, pretty much everything about this movie is bad. What a waste of time.

For every bit of good there's bad. A great fight scene may be brought down later in the same fight scene by a stupid contribution to it. Ed Skrein does his best Statham impression but isn't Statham, the music is oddly placed and kinda weird but some of it is cool. It's a typical action movie all around, and the villain has the worst taste in rap imaginable.

Just another one, really. At least we had Jason Statham in the first couple of movies.

W2E1P0S0V1M1A0R0. Ray Stevenson is the man, but couldn't save it. Skrein was great in the first scene, and had a new and interesting style in the combat scenes, but was pretty bad with the dialog, even giving him credit for poorly written it was.

It might seem strange to say about an incredibly silly movie, but it needed to be sillier. It kept trying to add emotional stakes which just takes you out of the goofy action.

I was never a big Transporter guy, so I may not be as harsh as a i should, but I like Skrein as an actor. He brings a little to the role for me, everything else is just severely meh. It's not bad, there is nothing that makes brain hurt, but I can help but feel it's another one of these barebones, check box movies where it's sole purpose is to make a quick buck. The difference is it's not as egregious as other films, it was never gonna be great, but maybe slightly above average.

Pretty dull. I think Skrein has some charisma, and Ray Stevenson is fun, but we've seen all this action before. Maybe it's time to put this franchise to bed.

Ed is sexy, I love his British accent and the soundtrack is from Prodigy. But somehow the movie fails in being great. For example there is a distant view of a boat and you can see just a smaller boat attached to it. But then, when the people are getting off the boat, there is only jet ski and a rubber boat; the small boat is missing. It's in the details like this, but I noticed these things and couldn't enjoy it more.

Humourless reboot that has some okay action scenes but it's just not the same

Very Euro-generic action. Fun spectacle with matching blonds, but thinks it's way cooler then it really is. It's main problem is that it's light on personality. Easily forgettable, but as long as one don't expect anything original it works as a time waster.

It's ...okay in parts, just very flat overall, lacking the spark that Statham brought to this series, and while he's passable, Skrein is no Statham.

Movie is nothing but advertisement of cars, and that too of one comp. Story is the weakest point - and totally missing. Wasn't expecting this from "Transporter".

Some decent car chases, efficient fight scenes although Skrein's skills pale in comparison to Statham. Plot is nothing out of the ordinary and does not make much sense if you think too hard about it. Finale is disappointing.
