The Vindicator

A hunter named Hunter hired by a whitey named White to hunt a Frankenstein-like scientific monstrosity code-named Frankenstein. SPOILER: He's vindicated in the end.

A dead scientist is restored to life in a high tech space suit by his colleagues, but cannot control the computer programming which urges him to kill. This movie is essentially the same thing as Robocop, but with Pam Grier added in as a tough as nails mercenary. The script isn't subtle (the scientists refer to their experiment as "Project Frankenstein" with big theatrical winks) and the acting is nothing special, but there's plenty of decent action and huge explosions to pass the time.
