35 years later, does it hold up? Well, not worse. If anything it's easier to see the charm in it, the Ersgård bros have obviously watched a few horror movies. But the bits that are supposed to be The Shining play like Evil Dead, the bits that are supposed to be Poltergeist play like The Haunting Of Hill House, the bits that are supposed to be Haunting '63 play like Haunting '99... The tones themselves might be good, but they're all played in the wrong order by people who've never played before.
