The Volunteer

Even the most incompetent of fools can become a brave hero if they join the war effort. It's a fun enough film if you can get past its heavy handed propagandist nature.

Michael Powell & Emeric Pressburger with a recruiting film that would get anyone to sign-up! It's full of opportunities and so damn pleasant in the Fleet Air Arm! This is a undeniably British production, and that's a good thing.
