A good fun case from Universal's "Crime Club" mystery series. What I liked about this one was Preston Foster being a bit looser than usual, and not his stiff self. Really livened the somewhat ordinary plot up. Didn't hurt to have the support of Barbara Pepper, Clarence Wilson and Frank Jenks, among others. Hardly the most challenging of crime solving, but it's a fine time-waster.
