The Wild Thornberrys Movie

This is a full length animated movie of same named animated TV -series (aired on Nickelodeon). Must admit that i didn't like the series and saw the movie only because visiting kids wanted to watch it. So, movie is for the little fans.

You'll probably need to see the show to enjoy this. It's actually not that bad, but its biggest issue is just how fast it tries to resolve everything (that and the arbitrary magical rules, but you have to blame that on the show). The main villains and the big twists don't introduced until at least halfway through the 90-minute movie; instead, almost half an hour is wasted on the unnecessary London scenes.

I loved this movie as a kid, and the show was even better.

It's the childhood nostalgia speaking, but this movie certainly satisfied everything I remember and love about the show. Even if its nothing spectacular, Klasky-Csupo's unique, almost 'ugly' animation style is a joy to watch.

Nothing particularly incredible, but appreciably different and fairly smart for a film aimed at children.
