Based on the real events that shocked San Franisco in the early 70's. Mac (James Pickett) portrays the role of The Zebra Killer, a white man who dresses in black makeup and strolls the city of San Francisco stalking, raping and killing young women. Lt. Savage (Austin Stoker) hears that the Killer has killed his girlfriend (Valerie Rogers). Lt. Savage goes everywhere to find and kill the maniac, along with the help of Williams (Hugh Smith) and Robert (Charles Kissinger). (imdb)

To summarize: a real group of would-be revolutionary Black serial killers who targeted whites at random serves as the inspiration for a story about a Black cop being taunted by a lone white serial killer who kills in blackface out of profound anxiety at the acceleration of social change, masking an irrevocable and indefensible personal vendetta. Now that's some kinda something or something or other or something. Symbiopsychoblaxiplasm. Who cares? Just fuck me Austin Stoker.
